When was Cube founded?

Cube was founded in 2024 when we acquired the block management department from Goodsir Commercial, who chose to focus on other areas of their business. However, we decided to bring on the founder of Goodsir as a non-exec at Cube to leverage his +30 year knowledge. Since then, we’ve built a great team and have received excellent feedback from the clients we now support.

Who do you work with?

We work with freeholders, directors of RTMs and RMCs, and developers looking for a hands-on, reliable block management partner.

How are you different from bigger managing agents?

Smaller blocks require a more personal touch. We don’t overload our property managers, which means faster response times, more proactive care, and better communication.

What services are included in your block management offer?

How do you charge for your services?

We charge a transparent annual management fee per unit, with no hidden costs. Additional services or major works are always agreed in advance.
