Following the retirement of their previous managing agent, the block needed to appoint a new manager at short notice. An estate agent was initially instructed but later confirmed they were unable to take on the role due to the specialist nature of block management. Cube was therefore brought in with only a couple of weeks to complete the onboarding.
We immediately worked with the directors to put a clear plan and emergency process in place, ensuring the block continued to run smoothly throughout the transition while onboarding was completed.

Once the onboarding was complete, we carried out our first site visit, which allowed us to quickly identify and address a number of immediate issues. This included appointing a new cleaning contractor and sourcing a contractor to design and build a new bin storage area, which had been causing ongoing mess and frustration for residents.
By acting decisively and maintaining clear, regular communication throughout, we were able to stabilise the block quickly. Within four weeks, the property was back up to standard, key issues had been resolved, and the directors had full confidence that the block was being properly managed again.
